Accounting Senior Specialist

Are you willing to take these responsibilities?

• • Responsible for business specific deliverables for either dedicated regions or across multiple regions, reporting into the Accounting Manager;
  • Support financial closing process, as well as updating the monthly key performance metrics report and daily operation report;
  • Ensuring all operations and monthly reporting are completed in line with the company policies and external and internal reporting requirements;
  • Ensure all fixed and business costs and revenues are appropriately accounted for, according to both Group and Local accounting standards;
  • Balance sheet analysis, identifying and performing the clearing of accounts;
  • Participate in relevant internal and external discussions in several areas, including tax and legal;
  • Review monthly and yearly local tax returns prepared by outsourced providers;
  • Assist in Annual Audit as per Local and Group Statutory requirements.

Do you fit with the profile we are looking for?

• • 4-5 years of related job experience in finance department (Big 4 is a plus);
  • Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or other relevant to this function;
  • In depth knowledge of SNC & IFRS accounting standards;
  • SAP experience desirable and strong knowledge of MS OFFICE required;
  • Fluent English (mandatory) and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus;
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills;
  • Hands-on, proactive and problem-solving person, with ability to work in fast-paced environment.
