- Oversee all activities and functions associated with a particular product or product family, assuming full P&L responsibilities;
- Follow-up and adaptation of the strategic product definition to position them in the marketplace, against overall business strategy and main competitors;
- Train, as well as support local sales teams, being the product expert and pushing sales;
- Participate in the proposal process, including budget and pricing development, proposal writing and client presentations;
- Collect requirements from costumers and translate them into productization;
- Monitor the execution of product roadmaps and implementation plans, working closely with technical teams (development and design);
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, identifying improvements and changes that will enhance the customer experience and product profitability;
- Identify and specify product improvements and create appropriate business cases to guide product enhancement;
- Guarantee overall visibility over product numbers (business plan of new projects, budget definition, results forecast, KPIs analysis) and recommendations upon these figures;
- Team management responsibilities, including talent attraction, induction and retention, always leveraging performance and development of his/her own staff.
Do you fit with the profile we are looking for?

- University Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience (experience with credit products is a plus);
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Analytical Skills; Excel and other proprietary software;
- Ability to be flexible and work independently;
- Experience with product management and product development;
- Availability to travel often (up to 25% of available time) and openness to geographic mobility opportunities;
- Portuguese Native and Fluent English (mandatory).
