TIMWETECH is looking for talents/leaders to sustain our profitable growth and to maintain a clear focus on new on innovative/promising digital technology and, in this context, we are currently seeking for an IT Director to APAC HUB.
Are you willing to take these responsibilities?
· Lead cross-functional teams consisting of technical roles in a multicultural and international environment;
· Lead a project from start to finish, working with teammates from strategy, business and development;
· Interact with Account Managers and Business Teams for Change Request Control and Scope Control;
· Manage integration projects, evaluating and reporting business objectives;
· Prepare and conduct project meetings with the clients, including Show and Tells, Scoping Workshops and Steering Meetings.
· Define and assess project risks, both technical and non-technical in nature, and effectively deploy mitigation plans;
· Team management responsibilities, including organizational design, talent attraction, induction and retention, always leveraging performance and development of his/her own staff.
Do you fit with the profile we are looking for?
· MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science or a similar degree;
· Minimum 7 years of experience in IT and SW Project Management;
· Good understanding of the mobile and telco industry;
· Availability to manage projects in a broad range of time zone;
· Experience with the full SDLC, managing fast-paced projects with project management Certification (PMI / Agile / Scrum / etc.);
· Experience leading projects in both Agile (Scrum) and waterfall environments;
· Past experience as a Software Engineer is a big plus;
· English proficiency mandatory; Portuguese will be considered a plus.
