Ooredoo Qatar was looking for a cost-effective proposition that would differentiate the operator in increasingly competitive markets and would have impacts on their brand loyalty, customer acquisition and retention, and average revenue per customer.

A health insurance protection plan offering finantial benefits when a subscriber is hospitalized for 2 or more nights, due to any cause at any hospital across Qatar
For each mobile recharge through the Ooredoo App, the user was entitled to an offer that included an insurance cover for 30 days and 400 QAR per hospitalization of 2 or more nights. More than one insurance cover could run concurrently. All valid claims were paid within 5 working days.
